Who this is for
An infrared sauna heats the body directly, so the cabin sits cooler than a traditional sauna. It suits a high training load that needs passive recovery, or someone who struggles to come down from a tense state at the end of the day. It adds no load to the joints.
- High training load and a need for passive recovery
- Difficulty coming down from a tense state at the end of the day
- Inconsistent sleep quality despite enough hours in bed
- Looking for recovery that adds no load to the joints
How it runs

Not every test here is ordered for everyone. The consultation decides which are needed.

What we claim and what we do not
| Claim | Our position |
|---|---|
| Detoxifies the body | Not claimed. The liver and kidneys do that work. |
| Burns calories like exercise | Not claimed. Weight lost right after a session is water. |
| Heart benefits as in the Finnish studies | Those studies used traditional sauna, not infrared. We do not transfer the findings. |
| Relaxation and feeling recovered after a session | This is the most consistently reported effect. |
Limits and who this does not suit
Step out early if you feel dizzy, nauseated or your heartbeat feels uncomfortable. That is not a sign the session is working, it is a sign to stop.
- Do not use it after alcohol. Heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, pregnancy, a tendency to feel light-headed on standing, and medicines affecting sweating or blood pressure all need to be discussed with the doctor before a first session.
Common questions
How does it differ from a traditional sauna?
A traditional sauna heats the air in the room. An infrared sauna heats you, so the cabin can stay cooler while you still sweat.
Is it good for the heart?
The long-running studies most often quoted come from traditional sauna use in Finland, not from infrared cabins. Infrared-specific research is thinner and smaller, and we do not transfer those findings.
Does it detoxify the body?
Not claimed. The liver and kidneys do that work. Weight lost right after a session is water.
Where do sessions run?
