Packages

Updated 9 October 2026

Every package below starts the same way, with assessment before any treatment is recommended. What differs is the question you want answered.

Metabolic Check

For anyone who has tried to lose weight on their own without success, and wants to know what the actual obstacle is. See the metabolic check.

Hormone Assessment

For men and women in midlife whose symptoms point towards hormones. See the hormone assessment.

Functional Health and Longevity Assessment

For anyone who wants a complete health baseline and long-term performance optimisation. See the functional health and longevity assessment.

How your plan is built

What happens once results come back, and what decides the treatment options. See how your plan is built.

How to choose between the four

Most people who contact us already know their symptoms. What they are unsure about is which package answers them. The easiest way is to start from the question rather than from the package name.

If your question is why the weight will not shift despite dieting and exercise, the metabolic check answers it. It examines body composition, glucose and insulin, the lipid profile, and liver and thyroid function.

If your question is why energy, sleep, mood or libido changed after midlife, the hormone assessment is the better fit. It runs a full hormone panel rather than sex hormones alone, because thyroid and cortisol are often part of the same picture.

If you have no single complaint but want a complete baseline before age adds risk, the functional health and longevity assessment is the broadest.

If you already have results from somewhere else and want to know what they mean and what comes next, start with how your plan is built.

If you are still unsure after reading this, ask us. We would rather suggest the smaller package and add to it later than sell you more than you need.

What every package has in common

The four packages differ in the test panel, not in how we work. The sequence is the same for all of them.

Consultation first, with an MMC registered doctor. Medical history, symptoms, previous treatment and your goals are discussed before anything is drawn.

Then testing. Body composition and the blood panel that relates to your question.

Then a session to read the results. This is a separate appointment, not a WhatsApp message with a PDF attached. You will know what was measured, what the reference range is, and which numbers actually matter in your case.

Only then is the plan written. Eligibility for any treatment is decided at this stage, not before.

How long it takes

The first consultation takes longer than a panel clinic visit because the history we gather is longer. Blood panel results take a few working days depending on the tests chosen. The reading session is scheduled once all results are in.

That means you will come in at least twice before there is a plan in hand. We think that is more honest than handing over a plan on day one, before any number has been seen.

Pricing

Pricing for each package is given on enquiry and at consultation. We do not display prices on this page while advertising approval for the website is being arranged.

Next step

If you already know which package fits, book a consultation and name it. If you are not sure, book anyway and we will help you choose during the consultation.

You can also read the six health goals if you prefer to start from the problem, or the list of tests if you want to see the panels one by one.
