About iLIV: why we exist
A clear gap sits between an annual check-up that hands you a thick report with no explanation, and specialist treatment that only starts once you meet a full diagnosis. Plenty of people sit in between, since symptoms have already arrived although no label has. So a functional approach works best in exactly that space.
The five areas of iLIV care
Care at iLIV is organised into five areas. They are not packages and not a menu. They are how we make sure nothing important is left out when someone arrives with one problem.
iHEAL is the medical side. Doctor consultation, metabolic and hormone blood panels, gut health, hormone and intimate health including libido, menstrual cycle, perimenopause, menopause and male hormone optimisation, IV therapy, EDTA chelation, cardiovascular assessment, and healthy ageing. This is where a diagnosis is made and a prescription is written.
iEAT is nutrition. Not a ready-made diet plan, but a way of eating built from your test results and from what you actually eat. We work with partner dietitians and nutrition suppliers on this part.
iFIT is fitness and performance. Fitness assessment, strength training, EMS and personal training at the I-City branch. This is the part that protects muscle while weight comes down.
iFEEL is sleep, stress and mental function. Cortisol and adrenal work, sleep support, breathwork through our partner, and assessment of fatigue that sleep does not fix.
iLOVE is connection and living. Relationships, connection with the people around you, a sense of purpose, and lifestyle habits that can actually be sustained. This is the part most often left out of a health plan, and the part that most often decides whether the plan survives past three months. We ask who you live with, who cooks, what your work schedule looks like, and what you are willing to keep doing.
Most patients come in through one area and end up touching two or three. Which ones are relevant to you is decided after consultation and testing.
What we do not do
- We do not treat cancer, severe autoimmune disease, or emergencies
- We do not sell long supplement lists without a clear reason
- We do not order a full panel for everyone
- We do not promise outcomes that nobody can measure
The standards we hold
A registered doctor reviews every medical page here before publication, and we display the review date. Furthermore, every test we suggest must answer one question: what will this result change in the plan? Every plan then carries a review date, and if nothing measurable has changed by then, we change the plan. Read our editorial standards and meet the doctors.

How we handle records and privacy
You can request a copy of your results at any time, in a form you can carry to another clinic. We do not share records with third parties without your written consent, except where the law requires it. Also, if you use a company plan or insurance, tell us early so we prepare invoices in the format your provider needs.
