The plan is built after assessment, not before. Its four pillars are health foundations, metabolic and hormone optimisation, functional support, and precision testing when it is needed.
This page explains what happens once test results come back, and what decides the treatment options.
Why the plan is built after testing, not before
A plan written before assessment is a plan for someone else. Two people with the same symptoms can have entirely different causes, and treatment that helps one may be irrelevant to the other.
That is why every starting package at iLIV begins with assessment rather than with a prescription.
The four pillars of a plan
Health foundations
Nutrition and lifestyle prescription, exercise and performance optimisation, and sleep and stress optimisation. This is the part most often underrated, and most often the real determinant of the outcome.
Metabolic and hormone optimisation
Hormone optimisation, metabolic therapy including GLP-1 therapy where it is appropriate, and nutrient support where results show it is needed.
The phrase where it is appropriate is not decoration. It means suitability is decided by the doctor after assessment, not selected by the patient from a list.
Functional and regenerative support
Gut health protocols, personalised supplementation based on test results, and recovery protocols.
Precision testing
More specific additional testing where the baseline picture shows it is needed, for example gut microbiome mapping or a deeper cardiovascular profile.
What decides the choice
That last factor is the one most often ignored. A plan that is perfect on paper but cannot be run by that person is not a good plan.
- Your test results, not symptoms alone
- Health history and family history
- Medication and supplements you already take
- How well you tolerate treatment in the early stages
- What you can actually sustain in real life

What we do not promise
We do not promise a specific number of kilograms, a specific timeframe, or a specific outcome. Response differs between individuals.
We also do not list medicine names or prices, because prescription medicines may not be advertised to the public in Malaysia and eligibility is decided by a doctor after an individual assessment.
What we can state is the process. Assessment before treatment, numbers reviewed at fixed intervals, and a plan adjusted when results show it needs adjusting.
Next step
Start with one of the assessments: the metabolic check, the hormone assessment, or the functional health and longevity assessment.
What gets measured first
The consultation decides which of these is ordered. Nothing is booked in advance.
Where the programme can go next
The results decide which of these is relevant.
Frequently Asked
Why can I not get treatment without testing first?
A plan written before assessment is a plan for someone else. Two people with the same symptoms can have entirely different causes.
Will all four pillars apply to me?
Not necessarily. Which ones apply depends on your test results and clinical assessment.
Is GLP-1 therapy part of the plan?
Only where it is appropriate, and that is decided by the doctor after assessment.
