Health Calculators
Four free calculators using Malaysian reference ranges, not international ones.

Every calculator here uses the Asian cut-offs applied in Malaysia. Free, no sign-up, and nothing is sold inside the results block.
Four free health calculators built on the Asian cut-offs that Malaysia uses rather than European ranges. Every calculation runs in your own browser, so nothing you enter reaches our servers.

Which of these health calculators to start with
If your goal involves weight, start with the BMI calculator and then daily calories, because those two set a realistic starting point. If metabolic risk worries you more than the number on the scale, however, waist hip ratio tells you more, since it shows where fat sits rather than how much you carry.
The four tools
- BMI calculator, using Asian cut-offs of 18.5, 23.0 and 27.5
- Ideal weight by height, returned as a range
- Daily calories and TDEE, using Mifflin-St Jeor
- Waist to hip ratio, using WHO thresholds
What these health calculators cannot do
All of them use formulas drawn from population averages. So none of them knows your muscle mass, your thyroid function, or whether you take medication that affects weight. The daily calorie estimate in particular can miss by as much as fifteen per cent for one individual. Therefore treat the number as a starting point to test for two weeks, and then adjust from what actually happens.
When numbers alone fall short
If the figures look fine although symptoms persist, or if they will not budge after eight consistent weeks, then measure what a formula cannot see. A metabolic assessment shows insulin resistance, while a body composition test separates fat from muscle.
Accuracy and updates
We review the formulas each year against current guidance. BMI uses the Asian cut-offs of 18.5, 23.0 and 27.5. Daily energy uses Mifflin-St Jeor, which fits modern populations better than Harris-Benedict. Waist to hip ratio follows World Health Organization thresholds. When guidance changes, we update the tools rather than leaving them running on old numbers. Book a consultation.
Health calculators are a starting point, not a diagnosis
A number from a formula cannot tell you why something is happening. It can only tell you where you sit against a population average. So use these tools to frame a question rather than to answer one. If the answer matters, bring the numbers to a consultation, because we can then test the things a calculator cannot see.
