Book a Consultation

When you book a consultation with us, we confirm the slot and send preparation instructions before you come in rather than on the day you arrive. If your panel needs fasting, the full instructions arrive at that point. If hormone testing is involved, we set the date against your cycle, so samples land on the correct day.

Slots and timing

We schedule fasting blood draws early in the morning, so your fasting window stays no longer than it needs to be. Morning slots usually fill first, so book ahead. Meanwhile you can schedule consultations without testing in the afternoon. We book results sessions separately once the lab work returns, three to seven days later depending on the panel.

What to bring when you book a consultation

• Identification
• A list of current medication and supplements, with doses
• Previous blood test results if you have them, even from years ago
• Two months of cycle dates for hormone assessment

Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to change a slot, tell us at least twenty-four hours ahead, so it can go to another patient on the waiting list. Morning fasting slots in particular run oversubscribed. You can reschedule by WhatsApp or email, and we do not charge for changes you notify in advance.

If you travel in from outside the Klang Valley

Plenty of patients drive in from Seremban, Ipoh and Melaka. So if that is you, say so when booking. We then arrange the consultation and sample collection on the same day, and we can run the results reading session by video call instead of a second trip. You still receive records and reports in a form you can take to another clinic.
