To contact iLIV Clinic, WhatsApp usually works fastest, since we can answer messages while the phone line stays busy with patients. Email suits anything with an attachment, such as previous test results. For appointments, however, the booking page moves quicker, because it already lays out the details we need.

Where to find us

Block B-G-03A, Neo Damansara, 1 Jalan PJU 8/1, Damansara Perdana, 47820 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The building sits next to Empire Damansara. When you will hear back after you contact iLIV Clinic

We usually answer messages the same day during opening hours. Messages that arrive at weekends or on public holidays get a reply the next working day. That said, we do not interpret test results by message, because numbers have to sit alongside your clinical history. So we schedule a separate results reading session instead.

Opening hours

We open on weekdays and Saturdays. Fasting blood draw slots start early in the morning and usually fill first, so book ahead if your panel needs an eight to twelve hour fast. Meanwhile you can schedule follow-up consultations and results sessions in the afternoon. We close on Selangor public holidays.

Questions better sent by email

Some enquiries suit email better than a short message. For example, if you want us to review previous test results before you book, email keeps the attachment legible. The same applies to requests for copies of records, invoice queries, and company or insurance matters that need a formal letter. We reply to those within one working day.

Do not contact iLIV Clinic for emergencies

This is not an emergency facility. Chest pain, sudden breathlessness, vomiting blood, or one-sided weakness needs your nearest hospital emergency department rather than a message to us.
